Cadent Foundation to sponsor UK Charity of the Year at Charity Today Awards
In a significant move highlighting their commitment to supporting the charity sector, Cadent Foundation, a donor-advised fund, has been announced as the official sponsor of the prestigious UK Charity of the Year category at the highly respected Charity Today Awards. The partnership aims to recognise and honour exceptional charities and individuals across the United Kingdom for their outstanding contributions and impact on society.
Since 2014, the Charity Today Awards, an annual charity sector awards programme, has celebrated the remarkable achievements of charities, fundraisers, and volunteers.
Expressing their gratitude for the support, Lee Rayment, the founder of the Charity Today Awards, and the national charity campaign, UK Charity Week, said:

The Cadent Foundation was established in July 2019, with Cadent committing 1% of annual post-tax profits each year to the Foundation. Its aim is to help households find sustainable solutions to fuel poverty and ensure people are safe and warm in their homes. Cadent Foundation works with charitable organisations to help households improve their financial well-being and become more energy efficient through advice, support and practical measures.
The funds of the Cadent Foundation are administered by Charities Trust (Charity Registration No: 327489) which manages the grant-giving and ensures all grants donated by the Cadent Foundation are only used to further charitable purposes for the public benefit.
