Great quality eLearning for charities at reduced price
An ongoing partnership between The Access Group and the Charity Learning Consortium is supporting effective learning and development (L&D) in the third-sector. Through this partnership, a wide range of great quality online learning courses and resources are on offer to charities at a greatly reduced cost.
The Access Group recently audited all of its digital content to create a streamlined super library, with the best multimedia courses and resources available.
Third-sector organisations can use this online library via the Consortium – The Access Group’s official charity partner. A whole host of added benefits of membership of the Consortium also support learning practitioners and the charities they serve.
The partnership between the two organisations means that charities can access affordable, great quality online learning resources to support their workforces. Almost 300 third-sector organisations are members of the Consortium, supporting more than a million staff and volunteers.
Some features of The Access Group’s super library of eLearning courses and resources include:
- Health and safety courses which are RoSPA assured
- New care content endorsed by Skills for Care and NCFE
- IT courses in Microsoft, Google & Zoom
- Lots of new course titles, in new styles, giving more choice
All content is CPD certified and all the latest legislation is covered.
Martin Baker, founder and CEO of the Charity Learning Consortium commented:
“The services that charities provide are never more needed, at a time when their resources have never been more stretched. Their staff and volunteers deserve the best. This partnership means that we can offer third sector organisations great quality, effective eLearning at an affordable price.”
Christian Foerg, General Manager of The Access Group, commented:
“Learning should be available to everyone and at The Access Group, charity is at the core of our values so this partnership is a perfect fit. Providing a great range of valuable learning content through the Consortium opens up many opportunities to third-sector organisations and we are thrilled that this venture has been established.”
