Gunnersbury Park & Museum appoints new Head of Museum Services
GUNNERSBURY Park & Museum has appointed Corinne Wan as Head of Museum Services.
Corinne was previously Senior Curator at The Postal Museum London, where she led the care, development, research and interpretation of collections. This included curating the major exhibition ‘Dressed to Deliver’ and appearing as a historical expert on BBC, ITV, and across national and international press outlets.
Prior to this, she led the creation and delivery of the UK Parliament’s Restoration and Renewal Programme’s first-ever public engagement programme, with activities reaching over 20,000 people across the UK.
With over 15 years of experience in leading inclusive cultural programmes and public engagement campaigns, Corinne has delivered innovative programming for the UK Parliament, The Scott Polar Research Institute, MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology), and Downing College, University of Cambridge. She also led the Cromwell Museum through its transition from county council ownership to an independent trust and serves as a Trustee at Bamboozle Theatre Company, an organisation dedicated to creating transformative experiences for learning disabled young people.
