“London Marathon is one of the 5 world majors. Elite runners from Mo Farah to Kipchoge take part, going for gold. Thousands of spectators, 8 deep in places, line the route to cheer on all the amateur runners and every year the RSBC team tell us ‘the crowd carries you over the line’.”
The atmosphere is carnival-like, it is one of London’s biggest annual events. It is an experience and achievement that lives long in the memory of the participants who also know that the funds they raise will enable RSBC to continue delivering vital support to families living with sight loss.
Join the Royal Society for Blind Children in its mission to transform the lives of vision-impaired children, young people, and their families.
