THE Care Workers’ Charity exists to support care workers and to advocate for the social care workforce.

There are almost 2 million care workers in the UK who care for the most vulnerable members of society.

The Care Workers’ Charity has announced the release of its 2023 Impact Report. This comprehensive report highlights the charity’s achievements and milestones over the past year.

The 2023 Impact Report showcases their dedication to providing immediate financial aid through crisis grants and offering vital mental health support. The third pillar of their work is advocating for fair treatment and pay as well as recognition of care workers as a skilled workforce. With over £5.9 million granted to more than 10,700 care workers, 500+ individuals benefiting from mental health initiatives, and active engagement in advocacy efforts, they are at the forefront of ensuring care workers receive the support they deserve.
