Zeal wins competitive pitch for London’s Air Ambulance charity
DIGITAL and creative agency Zeal has won a competitive pitch to drive awareness for London’s Air Ambulance in conjunction with National Air Ambulance Week in September.
The brief from London’s Air Ambulance was to create a social media campaign involving video to raise awareness of the charity and to increase the number of followers on Facebook and LinkedIn, particularly amongst its target group.
The key messages the campaign will convey is that trauma is the biggest killer of people aged under 45, traumatic injury can happen to anyone, at any time, and that London’s Air Ambulance is a charity and needs donations to continue helping Londoners.
Zeal pitched a campaign centred around a feature social video to sit alongside other social assets and a targeted social media advertising strategy, as well as a Facebook Live element to tie in with activity during National Air Ambulance Week.
Jim Montgomery, Creative Strategist at London’s Air Ambulance said:
“The charity is really excited to be working with Zeal on this campaign. We saw a lot of great pitches but Zeal’s stood out creatively. We think that the people of London will really connect with the work and are looking forward to seeing the results.”
Jane Rutter, CEO at Zeal, said:
“It’s not everyday we get to work on such a special client and we are really excited to work alongside London’s Air Ambulance. They do such amazing and important work it’s a genuine honour to be involved in this campaign.”
The agency currently has a 30-strong team in offices in Leeds and London, working with clients such as Yorkshire Water, Inntravel, and Primula.
